Project Manager/Estimator – Seeking a person who is highly motivated to fulfill a project manager/estimator position. Roles and responsibilities would include but are not limited to: managing multiple projects of various sizes, quantity takeoff, creation of proposals. Person would need to demonstrate knowledge of steel, concrete, and general trades work. Experience in northeast Ohio preferred. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree preferred.
Mechanic – Seeking a part time mechanic to repair and service construction equipment, small engines,power tools and some trucks. Would work in shop must provide own hand tools. Experience required. 10 – 20 hrs. per week.
